2.4. All prices and payments are processed in EUR, unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout.

2.6. An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization and confirmation.

3.1. We deliver to European Union countries where our courier partners (including DPD) provide delivery services.

3.2. Available delivery methods (courier or pickup/parcel services) depend on the destination country and the shipping options shown at checkout.

3.3. Delivery times shown on the website are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (for example, courier delays, peak periods, customs controls for non-EU destinations, or force majeure).

3.4. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping service providers that we cannot control. However, we will support you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.

3.5. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, missing details, or the recipient being unreachable, re-shipping may require additional shipping costs. If the parcel is returned to us, we may refund the order value minus shipping and return handling costs where applicable.
